From a technical aspect, the S&P 500 looks somewhat positive creating higher lows throughout the past week or so. Current tough resistance sits at 4,600, where the 50 and 100-period moving averages cross over (Also known as a death cross). The last time both these crossed over was in March of 2020, so breaking above here is going to be difficult. If the S&P 500 can do this, the index could easily head back to the highs again. Looking to the downside, support sits at 4,493. Followed by 4,300.
